How to…prepare Chaat and Samosa Chaat

Crispy Samosa chaat is a very popular Indian savory snack available in several variations. It is spicy, tangy and sweet and a popular street food in India. It is also eaten in Pakistan and other Asian countries.

Samosa Chaat is served by adding a plate full of peas or chole masala, mashed samosa with freshly cut veggie toppings and a dash of lemon goodness.

Ingredients

· 1 tbsp Channa masala

  • 1 tbsp Chaat masala
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • Green chutney as needed
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Samosa
  • 3–4 tbsp Tamarind & jaggery chutney
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • Water as required
  • 1 cup Chickpeas boiled

Procedures

  • Boil White peas and keep a side.
  • Take a pan add butter, peas, onions, tomatoes cook till both are soft then add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chat masala, channa masala, if required add water mix well.
  • Now add mashed samosa and cook for few minutes.
  • Then add green chutney, sweet, chutney mix well.
  • Transfer to a plate and top it up with onions, tomatoes, sweet chutney, green chutney, curd, coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
Transfer from the eyes to the mouth through preparation
